The benefits of their approach of spreading the course over 10 bi-weekly sessions are already evident for me. It has given me time to explore and embed each topic in depth and also space to tailor the learnings to my own needs. Rosie and Jan's sessions strike a happy balance of being challenging so I feel I'm really learning, developing, but enjoyable such that I look forward to them. Strongly recommended for anyone looking to extend their own mentoring and coaching skills or develop a coaching culture in their organisation.

They make it all feel effortless, bringing to life each element of the course with case studies, I have learned so much already and we are only four sessions in.
