The Client - L’Oreal

L’Oreal is a world leader in beauty, with a presence in 130 countries on five continents. The group's mission is to provide the best in cosmetics innovation to women and men around the world with respect for their diversity. They own a huge range of beauty brands, including Armani and Yves Saint Laurent. We have been working with L’Oreal for over 5 years, delivering a wide range of Leadership and Sales Skills workshops for the Professional Products and Luxe divisions.

The Challenge

Within the sales team for the Professional Products division, L’Oreal wanted to recognise their talent and prepare them for future leadership roles. This would mean that when a position became available, the newly promoted managers could hit the ground running. They wanted to invest in their high potential people, and retain and develop them, and so approached me to work with them to develop a programme of blended learning.

The Solution

For this project, I designed and delivered 3 bespoke workshops, as part of a year-long “Pathway to Leadership Programme”. We focused on Self Awareness and Developing the Individual, Leading your team and Building your Business. My workshops were accompanied by commercial projects, and a range of post-workshop tasks to embed the learning back in the workplace, and all participants were also supported by an individual mentoring programme.

All the content from the workshops was very relevant and useful. The workbooks are brilliant as well

Thoroughly enjoyed – I have achieved a lot from the sessions and I have already started to implement it on a day to day basis.
