I recently attended the 3 day Coaching Consultancy course with ESB training. I now have a new set of skills and models which are already proving to be effective in my day to day coaching activities. It has also allowed me to work with a different network of people, whom bring fresh eyes and ideas to situations,I have currently dealt with or are dealing with. The course is a very effective way of advancing yourself to another level, enhancing your coaching skills and using effective models and learning far more across the spectrum of the subject. James

I am so pleased I made the decision to sign up to this course and get qualified with ESB training. Rosie our trainer is lovely - really knowledgeable and supportive and the group is small enough for lots of discussions and group learning. The setting for the training is also really well suited, easy to get too with great snacks and very comfy seats for discussion and practice. Would highly recommend this course to anyone on the coaching journey that wants to work with a training company that is really invested in helping us learn and grow. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of photographing Rosie's ILM course in Windsor in December. The aim was to get photos of engaged delegates. This turned out to be extremely easy as they were more than that - they were totally focussed on the tasks they were set, discussing openly their thoughts and the whole atmosphere was friendly, open and fun. Rosie ran the course in such a way that the delegates seemed to be really enjoying themselves whilst learning. I would recommend anyone interested in booking on Rosie's next course.
