Rosie and Jan have really helped me become more comfortable in coaching through all of the techniques they shared with me on the course 'the magic happens in the silence'. I am currently participating in the ILM Level 5 Effective Coaching & Mentoring Programme being run by by ESB. The benefits of their approach of spreading the course over 10 bi-weekly sessions are already evident for me.  It has given me time to explore and embed each topic in depth and also space to tailor the learnings to my own needs.
Rosie and Jan's sessions strike a happy balance of being challenging so I feel I'm really learning, developing, but enjoyable such that I look forward to them. Our facilitators, Rosie and Jan, make the sessions interactive and really know how to get the best out of us.  They make it all feel effortless, bringing to life each element of the course with case studies, I have learned so much already and we are only four sessions in. I recently attended the 3 day Coaching Consultancy course with ESB training.  I now have a new set of skills and models which are already proving to be effective in my day to day coaching activities.  It has also allowed me to work with a different network of people, whom bring fresh eyes and ideas to situations,I have currently dealt with or are dealing with.  The course is a very effective way of advancing yourself to another level, enhancing your coaching skills and using effective models and learning far more across the spectrum of the subject. I have just completed the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management course and it was great. Rosie and Jan fabulous, they were engaging and passionate about developing the skills you need to lead and manage people effectively.
